Madelyn just called to say she loves you! She loves talking on the phone...... anything can be used as a telephone in Madelyn's world, even her hand.
It seems like she has enjoyed reading since birth. Okay, maybe not since birth, but for a while now! She will read a book any time, any place. We always carry one with us! We don't understand what she is saying but she turns the pages while making lots of noise.
Madelyn loves to lounge in her little chair. Thanks Shanny and Paw Paw. She does, however, like to stand in it while smiling at you because she knows this is a "no, no."
Here she is being her usual, silly self. I never knew a 13 month old could be so silly! She runs in circles, tries to get us to chase her, climbs on everything, and loves to play.
Giving lots of hugs...... she loves to hug her stuffed animals when she wakes up every morning and loves on her dolls. Thanks to Nana Lee and Grandpa Dave for the beautiful rag doll.
Lounging and being silly again!
Clapping is one of Madelyn's favorite things to do. She talks a lot, sings, dances, and makes all sorts of noises wherever we go. We just smile! Daddy taught his little girl how to "high five" too. Pretty smart, huh? Of course we think so!
