Today Madelyn was dedicated at Berean Bible Church. Some of April's family was able to attend with us, for which we are very appreciative! Madelyn's dedication is really a commitment for April and I to raise her and set an example according to God's will. We're quickly learning that parenting isn't easy and we are seeking God's wisdom and grace for the many challenges (amongst the many blessings) that are sure to come. We would like to share a verse that our Pastor shared this morning:
"Now the God of peace that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you perfect in every good work to do His will, working in you that which is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ: to whom be glory forever and ever, Amen." Hebrews 13:20,21
